Regional Sales Manager - Europe
Our client is a
- sized leader in marketing automation and customer experience solutions sold to Telecoms Service Providers and other industries such as banks and financial services.
The client is headquartered in The Netherlands, with offices in the United Arab Emirates and India, and a presence in Germany, Mexico, Singapore, South Africa, and Colombia.
The candidate will be responsible for executing the Sales quota defined for the European region and focusing on aligning the company's products and services with client needs, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Actively involved in the overall Sales Cycle from Identification to Closure of leads.
- This role involves hunting and farming.
- Understanding the Customer Organization, Their Buying and Decisioning Processes, and Decision Makers.
- Lead from the front by leveraging relationships with key clients in the region to achieve business closures with decision makers.
- Collaborate with partners to present services and solutions and facilitate sales closure.
- Define and execute winning sales strategies.
- Prepare
- centric presentations and business proposals. - Make presentations to customer organizations (CMO, Marketing Director, Product Heads, Technical Heads).
- Understand commercial aspects, business models, and negotiate terms and conditions.
Key Challenges
Pursuing deals individually or with partners, closing them successfully, and achieving sales targets.
Experience Required
Experience in solution and consultative sales within the telecom industry, particularly in similar domains. Experience in reputed organizations in
- end roles with an understanding of telco networks, mobility,
- added services, and emerging technologies.
Skills Required
Understanding of Telco Analytics, OSS, BSS, IN is advantageous. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong solution and consultative sales skills.
