Regional Sales Manager
Regional Sales Manager: join a dedicated team reporting to the Sales Manager. Responsible for managing your designated region, overseeing project lifecycles from inception to completion. Collaborate closely with Internal Sales to ensure seamless communication and project execution, utilizing CRM and ERP systems for enhanced performance and efficiency.
Location: Porto, Portugal
Responsibilities
- Implement Sales Strategy with a focus on Key Account Management.
- Develop and maintain expert product knowledge, effectively communicating unique selling propositions total cost of ownership benefits to clients.
- Conduct proactive client prospecting and maintain regular client engagement through CRM systems.
- Participate in trade shows and customer events to enhance Boplan's market presence and foster client relationships.
- Manage after sales and customer care processes, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements for success
- Have proven experience in organizations that employ product leadership as a strategy, focusing on innovation and product development.
- Have a strong background in navigating and excelling with
- growing and rapidly changing environments. - Have a successful track record in B2B sales, preferably within an industrial environment, with an existing network in this sector being an advantage.
- Demonstrate a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and safety.
