Type: Full-Time Contractor
Compensation: €12, 000–€18, 000 DOE base salary, with a
- driven commission structure of up to 200% on target achievement. Total expected
- target earnings are €36, 000–€54, 000, with additional uncapped upside for exceeding targets. This role also offers

Role Description
We are seeking Regional Sales Representatives to join our team in a
- based, remote capacity. This role involves driving sales growth, identifying and building relationships with potential clients, presenting tailored travel solutions, and negotiating contracts. You will also regularly engage with the marketing team to align on client needs and market strategies, monitor industry trends, and provide
- notch service to clients across the globe. Success in this role is achieved by meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a
- centric approach.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in outreach, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, with a passion for travel experiences
- Goal-oriented mindset,
- motivation, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment - Proficiency in CRM tools and Google Workplace Suite
- Previous experience in sales or account management roles;
experience in the travel industry is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Flexibility to work with different time zones across North America
- English required, additional regional languages are a strong plus
