THE ROLE
As the Regional Operations Support Lead, you will be part of the UKI & Nordics regional team focusing on executing regional processes and managing local depots and their teams. You will ensure operational support procedures are executed with high standards, benefiting both our customers and local operations.
You will play a key role in ensuring our global support team executes processes effectively to assist local operations, supporting customers and team members in your region. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, and you will work daily to improve client experience, leading daily service recovery procedures, identifying process improvements, and implementing customer satisfaction initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director of UKI & Nordics, you will be crucial in executing our operations, representing the voice of the customer, and coordinating with the team to meet customer expectations.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Oversee daily local operations, analyzing customer satisfaction data to identify improvement opportunities;
- Execute service recovery procedures proactively, addressing issues that breach SLAs and adjusting customer experiences;
- Coordinate corrective actions with the regional team;
- Implement customer satisfaction improvement actions, including training local teams, overseeing physical developments, and auditing procedures.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 5+ years of experience in customer support roles;
- Experience in

- car or hospitality industries is a plus; - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams;
- Passionate about operational excellence and thriving in
- paced environments; - Organized and committed to customer satisfaction;
- Fluent in English is mandatory; Swedish is highly desirable.
