Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the Deputy Principal in the

- day academic and operational running of the college.

Coordinating admissions and induction for new students.

Managing timetables, tutorial scheduling, and student attendance.

Liaising with tutors, students, and parents to ensure smooth communication.

Monitoring student progress and supporting data reporting.

Assisting with the organisation of examinations and college events.

Helping to foster a positive and innovative learning culture.

We are looking for candidates with:

Strong organisational and
- management skills.

Excellent written and spoken English; Portuguese is an advantage.

Proficiency in IT systems (spreadsheets, databases, office software).

The ability to work under pressure with tact, efficiency, and a collaborative spirit.
