Overview
Regulatory Affairs & Entity Corporate Governance Senior Manager for Europe, reporting to the Head of Global Regulatory Affairs & Entity Corporate Governance within Legal, will oversee and ensure adherence to corporate governance principles, entity corporate legal compliance, and regulatory obligations across Europe. You will work with senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Operations, Payroll, HR, and other business areas to navigate the regulatory landscape of our European subsidiaries operating as Employer of Record (EOR) providers, driving compliance excellence, risk management, and strategic
- making.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Governance & Corporate Legal Compliance: Supports the department head in delivering regulatory and corporate governance strategy and objectives; leads the entity governance framework across European jurisdictions; maintains entity corporate documentation and ensures data accuracy; owns all governance and company secretarial functions for the European entity portfolio; serves as regional SME and contact for governance and legal entity compliance; monitors changes to laws; leads legal partner engagement; acts as escalation point for issues and provides solutions.
- Regulatory Affairs & EOR Licensing: Owns all EOR licensing and regulatory compliance activities for Europe; engages with legal partners and regulators; stays ahead of regulatory landscape; acts as regional contact for regulators; mentors junior team members and embeds governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Corporate Governance, or related field and a recognized corporate governance certification (e. g. , CSQS, formerly ICSA). Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in corporate governance, corporate legal compliance, global legal entity management, preferably within a multinational or global organization.
- Knowledge: Proven experience in managing corporate legal compliance across multiple European jurisdictions; ability to navigate various legal systems; experience with Employer of Record (EOR) licensing.
- Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to work under pressure; commercial mindset with managing a legal partner network; strong project and change management; proficiency with entity management software; fluent in English (multilingual a plus).
