We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Quality Control Senior Analyst to ensure the highest standards of quality in AML investigations and transaction monitoring. This role is part of the first line of defense , driving accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement across global compliance operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform independent quality reviews of transaction monitoring alerts, investigations, and SAR filings.
• Validate the accuracy and completeness of case documentation, transaction analysis, and investigative steps.
• Assess narrative quality for clarity, factual accuracy, and adherence to escalation protocols.
• Identify and categorize errors, analyze root causes, and record findings in QC tracking systems.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and Training SMEs to deliver feedback and targeted upskilling.
• Monitor performance trends and recommend process improvements to enhance investigation consistency and SAR quality.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance testing with QC evidence.
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure global alignment of QC standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or related field.
• 3–5 years in AML operations (transaction monitoring, investigations, SAR/STR filing).
• 1–2 years in Quality Control or AML case review preferred.
• Strong understanding of AML typologies and investigative workflows.
• Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power
  Point, and case documentation systems.
• Certifications: ICA (AML, Financial Crime, Compliance) and/or CAMS.
