Job Description

At Inetum, you have space to grow and boost your talent! Our Regulatory Reporting Consultants are an essential part of our projects, with their analytical mindset. We have a strong footprint in the Banking sector with many challenges for you!

Location: Lisbon

Main Responsibilities

1. Ensure accurate, timely, and comprehensive trade reporting by monitoring transactions through various systems.
2. Address operational rejections across jurisdictions, analyze, and resubmit as needed.
3. Prepare and respond to regulator inquiries efficiently.
4. Conduct investigations to identify root causes of issues and escalate to relevant teams.
5. Track fixes and releases, providing updates and reports to management.
6. Maintain a log of open issues and follow up until resolution.
7. Keep procedures current and fill out control plans daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or similar.
• At least 2 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting, Financial Operations, or Data Analysis.
• Knowledge of financial products or Regulatory Transaction Reporting is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Data Analysis tools is a plus.
• Team-oriented, organized, analytical, and excellent communicator.

Additional Information

Hybrid work model: 2-3 days in the Lisbon office per week.
