The company builds products, services, and experiences that inspire, excite, and delight. We are looking for a Release Manager - Dynamics 365 CRM to join this global organization.
Objectives
Ensure seamless,
- quality, and
- aligned software releases through effective planning, risk management, collaboration, and communication.
Responsibilities
- Creating and managing release calendars and schedules.
- Aligning releases with project roadmaps and business goals.
- Identifying risks in release processes and developing mitigation strategies.
- Planning rollback procedures for failed releases.
- Collaborating with development, testing, operations, and business teams.
- Reporting release progress and status to stakeholders.
- Managing change requests and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Serving as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Making informed decisions on release readiness and timing.
- Balancing speed of delivery with quality assurance.
- Produce outstanding technical articles for documentation purposes.
Qualifications
- Strong technical background, with proven track record in the following skills on Azure Cloud tech stack.
- Knowledge of Azure App Services, functions and Azure Resource Management (ARM) templates and Azure Dev
Ops. - Project setup optimization, proficient in pipelines, boards, and release management.
- Familiarity with deployment, updates, and integration of D365 applications.
- Power Platform: Understanding Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI deployment processes.
- Excellent communication skills that allow you to be able to lead topics across multiple stakeholders and oversee and coordinate various aspects of software delivery.
