About the role

At KLx, you’ll play a key role in our Leasing & Factoring Business Unit, working closely with more than 90 experts in finance, support, data, and
- making tools. This role is also about helping shape an important application used by teams across Europe and beyond.

As a Release Manager, you’ll lead the rollout of updates and changes, making sure everything runs smoothly across different systems. You’ll work closely with teams from different areas to build digital solutions that support both
-
- day operations and
- term goals. Your technical
- how and organized approach will help improve tools that guide big decisions across the company.

About Responsibilities

Release Management

• Define and enforce versioning standards and naming conventions for application components
• Ensure modularity and independence of deployable artifacts
• Build and maintain release calendars aligned with functional and technical specifications
• Coordinate delivery timelines across geographically distributed development teams
• Plan and execute deployments in collaboration with infrastructure stakeholders
• Monitor lifecycle and obsolescence of infrastructure components
• Maintain a consistent and predictable release cadence

Quality & Testing

• Integrate automated
  -
  - end testing frameworks into the release pipeline
• Optimize test coverage and efficiency across environments
• Lead release validation committees with PMs, QA leads, Product Owners, and technical stakeholders
• Oversee parallel run configurations and ensure alignment with testing cycles

Environment & Data Management

• Ensure operational readiness of DEV, REC, and PREPROD environments
• Manage data refresh cycles to support realistic testing conditions
• Define deployment configuration strategies based on environment, version, and test scope

Deployment & Rollback

• Supervise deployment execution and parallel run setups
• Anticipate and coordinate rollback procedures with infrastructure teams
• Monitor
  - release incidents, lead prioritization efforts, and plan corrective releases

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed release documentation and version control records
• Produce and present release reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Crédit Agricole standards and repository requirements

About You

• 5+ years of experience in release management or
  - scale IT project coordination
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Dev
  Ops practices
• Proficient with CI/CD tools (e. g. , Jenkins, Git
  Lab CI/CD, Sonar
  Qube)
• Skilled in version control systems (e. g. , Git) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or ITIL environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams
• Fluent in French and English (C1 level)
