For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience in change and release management;
• Several years of professional experience with ITIL methodologies;
• Strong grasp on ITSM tools - Jira, Snow -, particularly in their configuration and usage;
• Strong understanding of project life cycle;
• Holder of ITIL certification is a plus;
• Customer-oriented mindset and client relationship skills;
• Negotiation and argumentation skills;
• Technical knowledge;
• Experience and interest in the finance sector;
• Mandatory fluency in English (at least B2 Level) and fluency in French is a plus;
• Availability to work in a hybrid regime, 2x/week, in Lisbon or Porto.
