We are looking for an experienced Release Manager to oversee the delivery lifecycle of a
- scale enterprise application platform accessed via a secure user portal and an API gateway integrated with multiple information systems.

You will coordinate several international development teams, manage versioning and deployment cycles, and ensure smooth, reliable, and
- documented releases across multiple environments.

Technical Environment

Teams and Scope:

You will collaborate with three internal development teams, located in Lisbon and Paris, each responsible for distinct scopes—ranging from feature development to platform maintenance and run operations.

The application operates across three main environments:

• DEV: unit testing and initial business validation
• REC: business validation and integration
• PREPROD: hotfix validation and API testing

Manage application versioning: define naming conventions, maintain delivery consistency, and ensure independence of deployable components.

Plan and coordinate release schedules based on functional and technical roadmaps.

Ensure deployment schedules are consistent with infrastructure and operational requirements.

Monitor obsolescence of infrastructure components and maintain a steady delivery rhythm.

Oversee non-production environment data refreshes to ensure realistic testing conditions.

Lead release validation committees with project managers, developers, QA, and product owners.

Coordinate business testing and ensure consistency across environments.

Define and enforce deployment configuration management policies (version, environment, test cycle).

Anticipate and coordinate rollback plans in case of deployment issues.

Track and prioritize post-release incidents and plan corrective deliveries.

Produce and maintain release documentation and reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Dev
  Ops practices
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (e. g. , Jenkins, Git
  Lab CI/CD, Sonar
  Qube)
• Proficiency in version control systems (e. g. , Git)
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple releases and work effectively under pressure
• Degree in IT, Software Engineering, or Project Management
• 5+ years of experience in release management or similar roles
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or ITIL environments
• Calm and decisive during critical deployments
• Strong leadership and influencing skills across distributed teams
