WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Act as a gatekeeper in the Software Development Lifecycle
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, support teams, and business stakeholders globally
• Responsible for senior management reports regarding Software Releases KPIs
• Collaborate with teams to support
  -
  - day operations for TEST platforms
• Manage handover processes for promoting changes to PRD platforms
• Support BCM policy and strategy
• Conduct and support Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and continuity planning with business and technology stakeholders

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and IT Application components
• Willing to learn new technologies and applications within a dynamic environment
• Keen to automate where manual processes require to be updated or optimized
• Keen to automate with deployment/ batch control tools
• Experience in the field of Software Release Management or Software Engineering, preferably in Financial sector
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to work across business, compliance, and technology units

NICE TO HAVE

• Familiarity with IT risk management,
  - based infrastructures,
  - party oversight, and information security fundamentals
• Experience with JIRA / Confluence
