We are looking for a passionate Release Manager for an international project. Requirements include:

• Expertise in Release Management, including planning, coordinating, and delivering complex releases across multiple applications and environments.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, release tools, risk management, and rollback strategies.
• Experience in Change Management, leading CAB sessions, managing change calendars, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Ability to assess business and technical risks and ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements.
• Proven track record in Incident Management, including leading major incident responses and crisis communications.
• Skills in root cause analysis, postmortems, and integrating lessons learned into processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and
  - team coordination skills. Resilient under pressure with strong
  - solving and
  - making abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Regime: Porto or surroundings (must work in the office 3 times per week in Porto).
