We are looking for a Release Manager for a hybrid position (Porto).
What we are looking for:
- Release Management Expertise in planning, coordinating, and delivering complex releases across multiple applications and environments.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, release tools, risk management, and rollback strategies.
- Change Management Experience leading CAB sessions, managing change calendars, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Skilled at assessing business/technical risk and ensuring compliance with governance and audit requirements.
- Incident Management Proven track record in leading major incident response and crisis communications.
- Strong capability in root cause analysis, postmortems, and feeding lessons back into change/release processes.
- Core soft skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and
- team coordination skills. Resilient under pressure with strong
- solving and
- making abilities. - Fluent in written and spoken English.
