We are looking for a Train Release Manager

Main Tasks:

Implement and manage release, change, and incident processes

Coordinate Train Releases, Hot
Fixes, Incidents, Bugs, BAU, Vulnerabilities, Ad Hoc scripts, and Obsolescence

Plan and monitor releases by application and type (Train/Hotfix/Incident)

Ensure consistency and validation of changes in all environments

Coordinate and monitor incident resolution and Hot
Fix deployment

Continuously improve release, change, and incident processes

Produce detailed technical roadmaps and associated reports

Main Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Release, Change, and Incident Management processes

Experience coordinating software releases across environments

Proficiency in monitoring KPIs and producing reports

Strong communication and coordination skills

Experience with migration strategies

Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset

Fluent in English

Hybrid Role in Porto
