We are looking for a passionate Release Manager for an International project.

Requirements:

• Release Management Expertise in planning, coordinating, and delivering complex releases across multiple applications and environments.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, release tools, risk management, and rollback strategies.
• Change Management Experience leading CAB sessions, managing change calendars, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Skilled at assessing business/technical risk and ensuring compliance with governance and audit requirements.
• Incident Management Proven track record in leading major incident response and crisis communications.
• Strong capability in root cause analysis, postmortems, and feeding lessons back into change/release processes.
• Core soft skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and
  - team coordination skills. Resilient under pressure with strong
  - solving and
  - making abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English. .

Regime: Porto or surroundings (Needs to work at the office 3 times per week - Porto)
