As part of the Software Platforms & Connectivity (SPC) module, you will join one of our
- aligned Agile Release Trains (ART). You will refer to SPC's Module Program Manager together with the module's other RTEs, project managers and scrum masters. In our team, we ensure that SPC scopes, develops, and releases software to customers around the world per the project portfolio, our implementation model, and our aspiration to improve agility. Responsibilities
You will significantly contribute to shaping the product strategy and roadmap within the SAFe framework. You'll be taking part in the train leadership together with the Product Manager and the Train Architect, working for the development teams of the Agile Release Train as well as the other trains RTE.
Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Be a servant leader and act as a coach in the ART teams
- Facilitate ART events and processes
- Focus on supporting the teams to be more effective
- Ensuring collaboration across the train leadership roles and the business owners
- Promote a culture that is aligned with agile values, to the benefit of Vestas as a whole
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years of experience as a scrum master or other
- related role in a scaled setup - You have experience with large organizations, and you have handled stakeholders on a senior level
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with transitioning from a
- oriented to a
- oriented organization is an advantage - Certifications beyond PSM I, CSM, or SAFe Scrum Master are a plus
Competencies
- You are experienced in supporting teams implementing and improving agile practices from scrum and kanban, and you have facilitated some
- team events like scrum of scrums, big room planning, dependency mapping or guilds - You acknowledge the aligning power of frameworks like Scrum and SAFe, but you are also able to modify practices to fit organizational needs, while always basing custom solutions on agile values and principles
- You can apply the stances of Facilitating, Teaching, Mentoring, and Coaching on request, or as the situation requires, to inspire, advance, and support the effectiveness of the Agile Release Train
- You do not need to be managed closely to perform, and you are motivated by taking responsibility for aligning and following up on what management, your peers, and teams expect of you
- You thrive in a culturally diverse and globally distributed organization where digital collaboration is a requirement

This is a hybrid position based in Aarhus, Denmark or Porto, Portugal.
