Join our dynamic R&D team and drive innovation in

- water heat pump systems — essential technologies for sustainable heating in modern buildings.
- Define and derive reliability requirements from
- life load profiles to ensure
- term product performance. - Lead and moderate product quality sessions, such as FMEAs, focus matrix discussions, DRBFMs, and risk assessments in line with Bosch’s Engineering System.
- Plan, set up, and carry out reliability and validation tests.
- Conduct technical and safety reviews throughout the product development cycle.
- Collaborate on the development and refinement of reliability methods.
- Support field monitoring and lead
- solving efforts using structured tools like 8D reports. - Communicate test results clearly to
- functional development teams, supporting
- driven decisions.
What distinguishes you:
Education:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of
- on experience in product development, quality function, validation or similar. Experience within Bosch Home Comfort or familiarity with Bosch development processes is a strong advantage. - Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power
Point). - Familiarity with lab tools like Matlab or Lab
View is an advantage.
Know-how
- Knowledge of statistical methods, reliability testing, and material science.
- Understanding of mechanical construction, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and refrigeration systems.
Languages
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional language skills are a plus.
