Relocation Support + German Customer Care
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Help customers with product information, order issues, and technical support.
- Solve problems and escalate complex issues to the right team.
- Provide clear and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in German (C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level or higher).
- Strong communication and
- solving skills. - Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
- No prior experience required – open to beginners.
- Must be available to work
- site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Sunday: 24/7 (rotational shifts, including night shifts).
