Relocation Support Dutch Customer Advisor
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers through phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and efficient solutions.
- Address questions about products, technical issues, and
- related concerns. - Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when needed.
- Deliver a positive and personalized customer service experience.
- Record and maintain detailed customer interaction logs in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
- Exceptional
- solving skills and attention to detail. - Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- No prior experience required – ideal for
- level candidates! - Willingness to work
- site in Lisbon.
