Your responsibilities as a Client Service Representative include:

• Providing professional customer service via phone and email
• Assisting customers with inquiries and issues by offering appropriate solutions
• Ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining high service quality
• Responding to incoming customer queries
• Being a team player and contributing to team and project success

Skills, qualifications, and interests required:

• Native Dutch speaker
• Business proficiency in English
• Willingness to work abroad
• Motivated and committed to your work
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Team-oriented and open to working with diverse nationalities

What’s in it for you?

• Type of contract: Long-term
  - term contract, renewable annually
• Remote work from anywhere in mainland Portugal
• Working hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, between 7 am - 10 pm, on a rotational schedule with 1 hour for lunch/dinner

Salary options:

• Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1040 gross/month
• Excluding accommodation: €1298 gross/month

Additional benefits for international candidates include:

• Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 3 months
• Assistance with paperwork, bank account setup, etc. , upon arrival
• Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company
