Braithgate is expanding, and we're looking for a remote Commercial Architect to support the rollout of our new modular extension project in the UK market.

We specialise in
- end modular constructions in London, and this role is central to helping clients from first contact through to remote project management.

What you'll do:

• Follow our full sales and project flow, from the first phone call to overseeing the build remotely
• Support sales with technical input, drawings, and clear communication with clients
• Produce 2D and 3D architectural drawings as needed
• Prepare and optimise budget proposals (we provide initial training, but expect continuous improvement)
• Collaborate closely with our sales and ops teams via remote tools

What we're looking for:

• Fluent English (required)
• Strong communication skills: clear, confident, proactive
• Hands-on with 2D and 3D tools (Auto
  CAD, Sketch
  Up, etc. )
• Willingness to learn fast and grow in the modular construction field
• Bonus: prior experience with modular or residential extension projects

Experience in modular construction is not mandatory — we'll provide training materials — but we expect genuine interest and a desire to specialise in this niche to strengthen both your expertise and our client experience.
