Salary: EUR 1, 700 gross per month plus bonuses

Job Description

Your role involves maintaining platform integrity by gathering and analyzing information, monitoring advertisements, identifying issues, and supporting communication with government, political, and advocacy partners to ensure a safer digital environment.

Responsibilities

1. Gather and analyze key information
2. Monitor ads and flag inappropriate content or links
3. Identify and resolve issues efficiently
4. Triage requests from various entities
5. Facilitate clear communication with partners
6. Support relevant content presence across platforms
7. Respond to inquiries professionally and empathetically
8. Escalate issues when necessary

Requirements

1. Native Hebrew speaker and fluent in English (minimum C1 level)
2. Background in compliance or legal partnerships is a plus
3. Familiarity with social media platforms is advantageous
4. Strong written communication and customer support skills
5. Proactive attitude and passion for quality support
6. Ability to manage large volumes of online content with attention to detail
7. Motivated, positive, and collaborative
8. Valid European citizenship or work permit for Portugal
