Job Description:

Content Moderator | German Speaker

Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
Start Date: To be informed
Total Gross Salary: 20, 537 per year
Contract Type: Permanent

Salary Breakdown

• Base Salary: 950/month (paid 14 times per year)
• Language Bonus: 450/month (paid 12 times per year)
• Meal Allowance: 1, 837 per year

Relocation Package

• 3 weeks of accommodation provided

Job Responsibilities

• Review online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices related to copyright issues.
• Audit and update content on a popular social media platform.
• Ensure compliance with accuracy guidelines and data protection policies.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Work Schedule

• Rotating shifts (24/7) including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2 days off per week.

Ideal Profile

Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).
Strong computer navigation skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a
- paced,
- volume work environment.
Patience, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus.
