What You'll Be Doing

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, while representing a renowned European automotive brand.
• Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up through the CRM system.
• Collaborating with your team to continually improve the customer journey.
• Staying current on product offerings, services, and company policies to deliver accurate and timely information.
• Creating warm, positive interactions with every customer.
• Using your knowledge of automotive and digital solutions to resolve technical issues and questions.

What You'll Bring

You're a great match for this role if you:

• Are fluent in French (C1 written and spoken) and have a solid level of English (B2).
• Have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Have a passion for cars and digital technology.
• Pay close attention to detail and stay well organized.
• Possess excellent
  - solving abilities and a proactive,
  - focused mindset.
