Salary: EUR 1, 030 per month gross plus bonuses

Responsibilities

1. Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and enthusiasm.
2. Document interactions and solutions clearly in our CRM system.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
4. Stay updated on products, services, and policies.
5. Apply technical knowledge to resolve customer issues confidently.

Qualifications

1. Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).
2. At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience; automotive experience is a plus.
3. Enthusiastic about cars and comfortable with digital tools.
4. Detail-oriented and organized.
5. Strong
   - solving skills and creative thinking.
6. Quick learner and adaptable to new technologies.
