Remote Customer Care with Gadgets Technology Corporation (French Language)

Work remotely from anywhere in Greece! You must be located in Greece.

Salary: EUR 1, 250 per month gross plus bonuses.

As a French-Speaking Customer Care Representative, your role is to provide exceptional service to users. You will represent a leading tech company, assisting customers via phone, chat, and email by resolving inquiries, offering product support, and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to French-speaking customers through calls, emails, and chat.
• Assist with inquiries, product features, technical troubleshooting, and account issues.
• Guide users through products including i
  Phones, i
  Pads, Mac
  Books, and i
  Cloud.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction with timely, accurate, and empathetic support.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication and
  - solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely with good
  - discipline and time management.
• Tech-savvy with an interest in technology.
• Previous customer service or tech support experience is a plus.
• Currently residing in Portugal or willing to relocate.
