Salary: EUR 1, 250 per month gross plus bonuses.
As a French-Speaking Customer Care Representative, your role is to provide exceptional service to users. You will represent a
- known tech company, assisting customers via phone, chat, and email by resolving inquiries, offering product support, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent support to French-speaking customers across multiple channels (calls, emails, chat).
- Assist with general inquiries, product features, technical troubleshooting, and account issues.
- Guide users through products like i
Phones, i
Pads, Mac
Books, and i
Cloud. - Maintain high customer satisfaction with timely, accurate, and empathetic support.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while owning the customer experience.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent in French (C2) and proficient in English (B2 or higher).
- Strong communication and
- solving skills. - Ability to work remotely with good
- discipline and time management. - Tech-savvy with an interest in technology.
- Previous customer service or tech support experience is a plus.
- Currently residing in Portugal or willing to relocate.
