Remote Customer Care with a Gadgets Technology (Dutch Language)
Work remotely from anywhere in Lisbon! You've got to be located in Lisbon.
Salary is EUR 1, 350 per month gross with bonuses

We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Care Representatives to support users with their questions and issues all from the comfort of your home in Lisbon.
Your Mission
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Youll be helping users with product questions, troubleshooting technical issues, guiding them through ecosystem, and ensuring a seamless and delightful experience with every interaction.
What Youll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in Dutch.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Troubleshoot issues with different devices (i
Phones, i
Pads, Mac
Books, etc. ) and services (i
Cloud, i
Tunes).
Escalate technical issues when needed and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
What Were Looking For
Fluent in Dutch (C1 or native level) and proficient in English (B2 or higher).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy with a basic understanding ofgeneral consumer electronics.
Problem-solving mindset and a
- first attitude.
Ability to work remotely in Lisbon (you must be based in Portugal).
Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
