Remote Customer Care with Gadgets Technology (Dutch Language)

Work remotely from anywhere in Lisbon! You need to be located in Lisbon.

Salary: EUR 1, 350 per month gross with bonuses

We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Care Representatives to support users with their questions and issues from the comfort of your home in Lisbon.

Your Mission

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will help users with product questions, troubleshoot technical issues, guide them through the ecosystem, and ensure a seamless and delightful experience with every interaction.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in Dutch.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot issues with devices (i
  Phones, i
  Pads, Mac
  Books, etc. ) and services (i
  Cloud, i
  Tunes).
• Escalate technical issues when needed and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Dutch (C1 or native level) and proficient in English (B2 or higher).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of consumer electronics.
• Problem-solving mindset and a
  - first attitude.
• Ability to work remotely in Lisbon (must be based in Portugal).
• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
