Remote Customer Care with a Retail Company (French Language)

Location:

Work remotely from anywhere in North Portugal (Coimbra and higher). Must be located in North Portugal.

Salary:

EUR 880 gross per month, with 14 salaries per year, plus bonuses of EUR 170 per month, totaling 12 bonuses annually.

As a Customer Advisor (On-Site), you will ensure operational excellence and help exceed client expectations by delivering

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries, from simple questions to complex concerns.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent in French and proficient in English (at least B2 level).
