Customer Support Representative - French Market (Remote in Portugal)
Responsibilities
Provide frontline customer service to Audi customers in the French market. Handle inquiries and support requests in French and English, ensuring quality and timely responses.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and good command of English
- Strong customer service skills with KPI experience
- Ability to work shifts and adapt to a
- paced environment - Candidates must reside between Coimbra and Algarve (remote only; no relocation provided)
- Accepted documents include an EU ID, residence card, Manifestação de Interesse, and visas (under consultation).
Benefits
- 880/month × 14 salaries per year (12, 320 annually)
- Meal allowance: 7. 23 per working day
- Transport allowance: 20 per month
- Health insurance: Active from day 1 (employee contribution required); free after 6 months
- Welcome/position bonus: 80 per 11 months (Braga only: 20 per 12 months)
- Permanent contract
- 2 rotative days off per week
- Remote position (Lisbon area only; candidates must be located between Coimbra and Algarve)
Working Hours
- Monday to Sunday Rotative shifts (24/7 coverage)
- 2 rotative days off per week
