Description

• Provide customer support via phone, with a focus on interaction quality and customer satisfaction;
• Conduct research to update and maintain the customer database with information relevant to sales;
• Regularly carry out customer satisfaction surveys to ensure service quality and identify areas for improvement;
• Collaborate closely with sales and field support teams to address customer needs;
• Manage contract renewals and extensions within the service area;
• Share product information and invite customers to events and promotional initiatives.

• Proficiency in handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.
