Remote Customer Service Representative (German Speaker)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and solutions.
- Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate complex cases to appropriate teams.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Good command of English for internal communication.
- Excellent communication and
- solving skills. - Ability to adapt to rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Comfortable working remotely with a stable internet connection.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
