Additionally, proficient in documenting relevant case information and handling inbound customer requests with accuracy.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Native Italian with excellent English communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or higher
• Residence in Continental Portugal
