About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in Danishto join our dynamic team. This is a remote position based in Porto, Portugal, ideal for local candidates. You will handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and general support via multiple communication channels (email, chat, and phone).
- Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Document and manage customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Danish (native or
- native level). - Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
