Remote Customer Support Specialist (Dutch & English) Work from Anywhere in Portugal!

- sized businesses in navigating digital advertising platforms. The role starts with one month of
- person training in Lisbon, followed by the flexibility to work entirely from homeanywhere in Portugal!

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers through phone, email, and chat

• Offer guidance before and after sales

• Help users manage their accounts, ad tools, and campaigns

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide user feedback

What You Bring:

• Fluency in Dutch and strong English skills (B2 level)

• High school diploma (or equivalent)

• A
  - first attitude and positive approach

• Tech-friendly mindset or willingness to learn (we provide training!)

• Valid authorization to work in Portugal (EU citizen or permit holder)

Work Schedule & Training:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (weekends off!)

• Initial 1-month training
  - site in Lisbon

• Fully remote after trainingwork from anywhere in Portugal!
