Job Description:

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Dutch speaking ARC Support Specialist to work remotely in Portugal for a project of a global leading provider.

The Job

Support Specialists provide support to customers' online orders throughout the entire journey (e. g. , delivery management, shipping investigations, returns, payment transactions, refunds, inbound/outbound calls, and order information review,
- related requests).

The Specialist will handle sensitive customer and client information, following PCI and GDPR policies.

This team interacts with customers, carriers/curriers, financial institutions, other CSRs, and internal departments.

The role focuses on improving customer experience and maintaining high customer service standards.

The Specialist must quickly recognize and analyze complex problems and escalate when necessary, using the Knowledge Base.

All Specialists are expected to work as part of a team to achieve project goals.

Required Experience

Excellent communication skills, proficient in Dutch (C2) and English (B2).

Ability to handle sensitive information is an advantage.

High accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong
- solving skills focused on customer solutions.

Experience in a
- office environment with customer satisfaction focus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Interest in KPIs and proactive attitude.

Knowledge of SAP and
- office work is an advantage; training will be provided if needed.

Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when required.

Team-oriented, collaborative attitude.

Initial 12-month contract, with up to two renewals, leading to permanent employment after 2 years.
