Overview

Remote Dutch speaking ARC Support Specialist with relocation to Portugal. Cross Border Talents is looking for a Dutch speaking ARC Support Specialist to work remotely in Portugal for a project of a global leading provider. The role is with Learning & Growth Education Ltd.

Responsibilities

• Provide online order support throughout the customer journey (delivery management, shipping investigations, returns, payment transactions, refunds, inbound/outbound calls, and order information review).
• Handle very sensitive customer and client information in compliance with PCI and GDPR policies.
• Interact with customers, Carriers/Couriers, financial institutions, other CSRs, and internal departments to support operations.
• Contribute to improving the overall customer experience and uphold high customer service standards.
• Quickly recognise and analyse complex problems and escalate to the appropriate team with the help of the Knowledge Base.
• Be a collaborative team member, contributing to project goals.

Required Experience / Qualifications

• Flawless communication skills, proficient (written and oral) in Dutch (C2) and English (B2).
• Ability to work in a sensitive and classified information environment (advantage).
• High accuracy and attention to detail; understanding that small details matter.
• Strong
  - solving skills to deliver
  - focused solutions.
• Experience in
  - office environments with customer satisfaction focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in contributing to KPIs focusing on actionable results.
• Knowledge of SAP and Back-Office work is an advantage; training available if needed.
• Flexibility to handle overtime due to order volume.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
