As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns. You will also provide product information and support external sellers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Assist with troubleshooting
- related issues.
Provide detailed product and service information.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
Who We're Looking For:
Fluent in Dutch (C1 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
Excellent communication and
- solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
EU nationality or valid work permit for Portugal.
