Responsibilities
- Support Finnish-speaking customers with
- related issues (tracking, returns, payments). - Communicate clearly and professionally across channels (phone, email, chat).
- Handle sensitive data responsibly and securely.
- Escalate complex cases using internal tools and procedures.
- Monitor and improve your own KPIs.
Qualifications
- Native-level Finnish and strong English (C1).
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Already located in Portugal OR willing to relocate for this opportunity (relocation help and housing allowance offered by the hiring company).
