• Provide accurate information, guidance, and troubleshooting assistance.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain
  - quality standards and meet performance goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Language Skills: Native or C2 level of French + B1/B2 level of English.
• Excellent communication and
  - solving abilities.
• A
  - oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Comfort with remote collaboration and digital tools.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required!
