Join a Global Automotive Leader Customer Service Role (French Speaker)
Location and Schedule
- Location: Remote (from Continental Portugal)
- Office Base: Braga
- Start Date: Oct 2nd
- Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Schedule: Rotating Shifts — Monday to Sunday, 24/7 operation
- 2 rotating days off per week
- Initial schedule will be morning shifts, with a transition to rotative shifts (day, evening, night)
- Your monthly shift schedule will be provided at least 1 month in advance for proper planning
- Night shifts are paid in accordance with Portuguese labor law (at least +25% hourly rate for night hours)
- Final shift assignment is set by the Team Leader based on operational needs
- Full remote working model (after initial training if needed)
- Flexibility is key; role requires availability across different shifts, including nights and weekends
About the Role

You will deliver top-tier service experiences to clients across Europe from home in northern Portugal.
Responsibilities
- Be the voice of a leading global car manufacturer (brand confidential), handling inbound calls, emails, and chats
- Support customers with topics from technical inquiries to general service support
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, empathetic, and
- oriented assistance - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases
Languages
- French C2 (native or
- native proficiency) - English B2 (intermediate proficiency)
Who You Are
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Comfortable with working on a rotational shift schedule
- Have previous experience in customer support (ideally automotive, tech, or mobility)
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms
- Thrive in a remote, multicultural environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 880 EUR/month (x14 months/year)
- Complexity Bonus: 80 EUR/month (x11 months/year) Position Bonus: 20 EUR/month
- Meal Allowance: 7. 23 EUR/day (net)
- Totaling 1279. 06 EUR/month gross (12 times)
