Your Mission

As a Customer Service Specialist, youll be the voice of the brand for French-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries, orders, and support, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience with every interaction. Youll handle communication via phone, email, or chat, delivering a service that reflects our dedication to quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat
• Provide technical and
  - related support regarding automotive parts
• Assist with order tracking, returns, and
  - sales queries
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality metrics

What Were Looking For

• Fluent/Native French speaker (spoken and written)
• Basic English skills for internal communication
• Previous experience in customer service or a
  - paced contact center environment
• Excellent communication, empathy, and
  - solving skills
• Comfortable working in a rotating shift schedule
• Interest in the automotive industry is a plus!

Working Schedule

Monday to Saturday 07:30 to 18:00 (Rotative Shifts). Days Off: Always Sunday + 1 Rotative Day

Salary & Benefits

• Base Gross Salary: 880/month (x14 months)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 150/month (x12 months)
• Meal Allowance: 7. 23 net/day
• Transport Allowance: 20/month
