We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Specialists (C2 level) to support one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands (name confidential). Join an international team delivering premium customer experiences while working remotely in Northern Portugal, with relocation support to Braga if needed.

Language Requirements

German C2 level (native or
- native proficiency)

Work Schedule

• Rotating shifts (24/7 operation), Monday to Sunday
• 2 rotating days off per week
• Full remote working model (after initial training, if applicable)
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential
