What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide exceptional service to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
• Help customers resolve questions and concerns in a professional, friendly manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience
• Follow company procedures and maintain accurate records of interactions

• Native-level or fluent German speaker

• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
