Remote German Customer Support in Portugal
About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in German to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position based in Porto, Portugal, ideal for local candidates. You will handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and general support via multiple communication channels (email, chat, and phone).
- Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Document and manage customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts within the schedule below):
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00
- Occasionally, availability from 08:00 - 19:00 is required.
- Days off: Two rotative days per week.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (native or
- native level). - Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Residing in Porto or nearby areas.
