About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in German to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position based in Porto, Portugal, ideal for local candidates. You will handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and general support via multiple communication channels (email, chat, and phone).
• Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and solutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
• Document and manage customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts within the schedule below):
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00
  • Occasionally, availability from 08:00 - 19:00 is required.
• Days off: Two rotative days per week.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (native or
  - native level).
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Residing in Porto or nearby areas.
