About the job

Are you fluent in German and passionate about customer service? This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from mainland Portugal.

Location: Remote from mainland Portugal

Start Date: May 15, 2025

Contract Type: Permanent (with a 3-month trial period)

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding rental services
• Resolve inquiries related to reservations, billing, and policies
• Provide outstanding customer support and ensure customer satisfaction

Working Hours:

• 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, following a rotational shift pattern:
• Monday to Friday: shifts between 07:00 and 20:00
• Saturday: 08:00 to 16:00
• Sunday: 08:00 to 17:00
• Two rotational days off per week

Required Documents:

• EU ID or Residence Card for Portugal

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C2 level or above), written and spoken
• Good command of English (B2 level or above), written and spoken
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong communication and
  - solving skills
• Ability to work in a
  - paced environment and handle inquiries efficiently
• Basic computer skills and quick adaptability to new systems
• Availability for rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must be based in mainland Portugal (excluding Lisbon metropolitan area); relocation assistance is not provided

Salary & Benefits:

• Paid training period
• Additional pay for Sundays and public holidays
• Performance Bonus: EUR 120/month
• Complexity Bonus: EUR 30/month
• Meal Allowance: EUR 7. 23/day (approx. EUR 159/month), paid via meal card
• Health Insurance: Paid by the employee for the first 6 months, then fully covered
