Remote German-Speaking Customer Care (Rental Cars)

Join a
- known Rental Car Company as a Customer Service Representative and assist customers with inquiries in a dynamic environment!

Location: Remote from mainland Portugal

Start Date: May 15, 2025

Contract Type: Permanent (with a 3-month trial period)

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding rental services
• Resolve inquiries related to reservations, billing, and policies
• Provide outstanding customer support and ensure satisfaction

Working Hours:

40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, following rotational shifts:

• Monday to Friday: shifts between 07:00 and 20:00
• Saturday: 08:00 to 16:00
• Sunday: 08:00 to 17:00

Two rotational days off per week.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C2 or above) and good command of English (B2 or above), both written and spoken
• EU ID or Residence Card for Portugal
• Strong communication and
  - solving skills
• Ability to work in a
  - paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Availability for rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must be based in mainland Portugal, excluding Lisbon Metropolitan area (relocation assistance not provided)

Salary & Benefits:

• Paid training period
• Additional pay for Sundays and holidays
• Performance bonus: EUR 120/month
• Complexity bonus: EUR 30/month
• Meal allowance: EUR 7. 23/day in a meal card (~EUR 159/month)
• Health insurance: paid by employee for first 6 months, then fully covered
